Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

*Majority of items: 


1. Can be returned/exchanged within 30 day of receipt 
2. Returns/Exchanges must be in original condition they were received in 
3. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees 
4. Exchanges must be sent back must be received within 14 days after RMA is sent out 
5. Nardavid.com is not responsible for any orders that got confiscated by local post offices.

 

Exempt Exchanges/Refunds: 


1.    Custom or personalized items 
2.    Items that have been clearly used/damaged by customer 
3.    Nardavid.com can refuse exchanges/refunds without discretion if the item doesn't seem to be in the condition it was sent in

 

Refund Policy (if applicable)

1.    After your order is received and inspected, we will notify of the approval or reject of the refund. 
2.    If approved, you will receive credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. This could take up to 5-7 days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
3.    Please contact your bank if there is a delay in processing beyond that period. 
4.    Sale items can not be refunded

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made until items have been processed and shipped out. If the item has been shipped out and processed they can not be canceled. 

Exempt Cancellations: 
1.    Non-defective, correctly shipped item 
2.    No reason for return 
3.    Customer teared off tag, label, or price from the product 
4.    Items are worn or not in the condition they were shipped out 
5.    Any damage made by the customer 
6.    Prices found better elsewhere 
7.    Please submit a request at https://www.nardavid.com/contact with order information to check if you are eligible for a refund. You are able to exchange only when if it's faulty product. Refund is not available for change of mind and scratched packaging material. 

 

Gifts 

1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
2. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
